March 28, 2006

Correspondence:

 Minutes were accepted as posted.

Treasurer’s report was filed for Audit.

Susan reported on Women Honoring Women.
A budget for the event was presented.

A request to pay the registration for 3 delegates attending the Puerto Rico Conference was set aside until after the Women Honoring Women Event.  This was necessary because we were not sure if we would have enough money to do this.

A motion to vote for Sandra Schultz from the Glendale Club in Camino Real Region  as President Elect of SIA was moved,  seconded and passed.

The nominating committee of Martha and Mary Louise presented a slate of officers to be elected at the April meeting.  It is as follows:  President:  Paula Harvey,   Vice President:  Mary Louise Scussel,  Secretary/ Corresponding and Recording: Susan Lowell,  Treasurer: Ann Whiting,  Director (I year):  Pat Arbutine,  Director (2 years) Alice Schutzendorf
