Soroptimist International of Upper Pinellas County is located in Pinellas County, Florida which includes Clearwater, Largo, Belleair Bluffs, Belleair, Oldsmar, Pinellas Park, Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs & St Petersburg. We are on the west coast of Florida . Beautiful white beaches are in our county.
We meet the fourth Tuesday of each month except for December & June. In December we hold a Christmas Party. In June we join with the other 3 clubs of our area for a joint installation of officers. Our meetings are held at the Radisson Hotel, Clearwater Central, 20957 US Hwy #19 North. just north of Gulf to Bay. We have a social hour & dinner from 5:30 until 7:00. The meeting begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Our meals are ordered individually from the menu. THE WAY WE WERE!! 2007 - 2008

April 17 - 20, 2008 "Plunder The Possibilities" Southern Region Conference Hosted by SI of Upper Pinellas County Florida This was a huge year for us. We were the hostesses of the above conference. Most of our efforts were concentrated on this. The majority of our club participated to make this what we thought was a great conference.

Governor Doris who installed our club.	We celebrated our 40th Anniversary at the Conference.	Alice, a charter member.

We also held a Fun Christmas Party just for us.



We gave out our Woman's Opportunity Awards .	Our Winner took Second Place at the Region Conference.	We gave out a Violet Richardson Award

	We participated in the Joint Officer Installation of the Tampa Bay Clubs

We also participated in a fund raiser with Macy's. We supported a family at Christmas. We participated in Women of Distinction. We donated to a 3 day cancer walk by an Orlando Soroptimist. We participated in The December 10th President's Appeal. We donated $100 to SIA Foundation.
